The idea of creating an assessment methodology was first conceived by Shilpa Datar, who is the key person,
in making Swayam Personality Assessment based on the Indian perspective, a reality.

A student of psychology, who has hands-on experience dealing with varied groups of people, found a gap with the western systems of assessing personalities. This led her to research in-depth into various eastern and Indian perspectives of Science and Philosophy, where she discovered a deep connect between ancient Indian science and the composition of human mind-body-spirit trilogy. The project evolved into a first-of-its-kind personality assessment fully based on the Indian principles of Ayurveda.

Her journey has been an uphill task and would not have been possible without the careful guidance of each of her mentors. All persons mentioned below have contributed immensely to her research and outcomes and in shaping this project.
